基于时间医学探究《脾胃论》择时服药方法

摘要
中医时间医学源远流长,贯穿中医药的发展过程,其中择时服药原则对临床用药具有很大的指导意义.择时服药以"天人相应"为自然基础,"因时制宜"为治疗常法,"舍时从证"为治疗变法,将时间节律融入疾病治疗中,旨在提高临床疗效.《脾胃论》为李东垣之思想集大成者,书中多处体现择时服药原则,如五更服、空心服、食前服、食远服等,对后世影响深远.故文章以中医时间医学为基础,归纳总结《脾胃论》中涉及服药时间的原文,探究疾病择时服药方法,希冀为临床用药提供帮助.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of time medicine,which runs through the development process of TCM,and the principle of taking medicine at selected time has great guiding significance for clinical use.Taking medicine at selected time is based on'correspondence between heaven and mankind','treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions'is the usual treatment and'Sheshi Congzheng'is the change treatment.Taking medicine at selected time integrates the time rhythm into the treatment of diseases,aiming to improve the clinical efficacy.Piwei Lun is the culmination of LI Dongyuan's thoughts,and the principle of taking medicine at the selected time is reflected in many places in the book,such as taking at fifth-watch,taking in a hollow space,taking medicine before meals,and taking far away from eating,which has had a far-reaching impact.Therefore,based on the time medicine of TCM,this paper summarizes the original texts related to the time of taking medicine in Piwei Lun,explores the method of taking medicine at selected time for diseases,and hopes to provide help for clinical medication.
