"时立气布"视角下的秋分气运承变与荨麻疹发病及诊疗相关性

摘要
荨麻疹是临床常见疾病,其发病具有一定季节性,于夏秋高发.秋分是夏秋气运转折点,此时四、五之气续接,寒热燥湿交争,阴阳变动显著,人体气血阴阳应之而变,脏腑功能亦受影响.肺应秋气,气之太过或不及直接影响肺脏生理功能,若秋分之时气运变化失常,或余热不退,或湿气流行,或燥气来亟,或寒气早至,皆可引发肺脏适时调节的生理功能紊乱,外应于皮毛,易发为荨麻疹.文章基于秋分节气气运变化探讨荨麻疹发病与诊疗特点,以期充实"肺应秋"理论的内涵,为临床防治荨麻疹提供思路.
Abstract
Urticaria is a common clinical disease.It has a certain seasonal rhythm,which is high in summer and autumn.The Autumnal Equinox is the turning point of the qi transportation in summer and autumn,the fourth qi and the fifth qi connect in autumn equinox.The cold,heat,dryness and dampness are contending,and the qi of yin and yang changes violently.Qi,blood,yin and yang of the human body changes in response to the qi transportation,and the functions of organs are also affected.The lung responds to qi in autumn,and the excess or deficiency of qi directly affects the physiological function of the lung.If there is abnormal change in the transportation of qi during autumn equinox,or if residual heat does not dissipate,or if dampness prevails,or if dryness comes suddenly,or if cold arrives early,it can cause physiological dysfunction in lung regulation that manifests on the skin and have urticaria.Based on the change of qi transportation of autumn equinox,exploring the pathogenesis of urticaria will not only enrich the connotation of'lung responding to autumn',but also provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.
