广西黄氏壮医针灸流派学术思想及治疗特色探析

广西黄氏壮医针灸流派由国医大师黄瑾明创立,已传承四代,学术思想独特,观点鲜明,病因主张毒虚致病,病理强调道路不通,病机责之气血失衡,首提针灸"道路"传导系统,首创"三道两路"辨证,主张"八字"治则,推崇壮医针灸"三剑客",首倡壮医"天阴阳针法"调气,形成善用特定穴、喜针脐环穴、倡导龙氏取穴、务求调气通路、强调无痛针灸、不强求"酸、麻、胀"针感等黄氏壮医针灸的治疗特色,对多种常见病、多发病及疑难杂症疗效显著.
Abstract
The HUANGs'school of acupuncture and moxibustion of Zhuang medicine in Guangxi,founded by the national master of traditional Chinese medicine,HUANG Jinming,has been inherited for four generations.With unique academic thoughts and clear viewpoints,it advocates that toxin and deficiency cause diseases,emphasizes the blockage of channels and ways in pathology,and attributes disease to imbalance of qi and blood.It was the first to propose the concept of'channels and ways'transmission system,and to initiate the ideas of syndrome differentiation based on'three channels and two ways'.It advocates the treatment principle of'eight-character',and promotes the'three swordsmen'of the acupuncture and moxibustion of Zhuang medicine.It also first proposed the'heaven yin-yang acupuncture method'to regulate qi,and has formed the therapeutic characteristics of HUANGs'school of acupuncture and moxibustion of Zhuang medicine,such as skilled use of specific acupoints,preference for needling the umbilical ring acupoint,advocating the selection of acupoints according to LONGs'principle,striving for unobstructed channels by regulating qi,emphasizing painless acupuncture and moxibustion,and not insisting on the needle sensation of'soreness,numbness,and distension',showing remarkable effect in treating various common and complex diseases.
