壮族鼻饮习俗的医药文化内涵及其价值

文章通过追溯壮族鼻饮习俗的历史源流、分析现代研究现状、搜集壮族鼻饮常用方药、总结其应用规律,挖掘和讨论了鼻饮蕴含的医药原理及临床价值.共有26种古代文献涉及壮族鼻饮习俗的描述,不同医学体系对"经鼻用药"之法有各自的认识,从壮医药相关文献中共搜集到63首壮族鼻饮方剂,涉及58味药物,用药规律特色显著.鼻饮是古代壮族独特的文化习俗之一,反映了壮民族的卫生理念和医疗方法,蕴含着抵御毒邪、防暑降温的医学原理以及"未病先防"的预防医学思想,具有明确的医疗价值.
Abstract
In order to dig out and discuss the specific connotation of the ethnic medicine culture and the clinical value of nasal drink custom of Zhuang nationality,the historical origin was traced,the current situation of modern research was analyzed,the commonly used prescriptions of Zhuang nasal drink were collected,the rules of the application of these prescriptions were summarized.A total of 26 ancient documents related to the description of Zhuang nasal drinking customs were founded.Different medical systems have their own understanding of the method of'nasal drug delivery'.A total of 63 nasal drink prescriptions were collected from Zhuang medical literature,which involving 58 kinds of drugs.The application of the prescription has the remarkable characteristics.Nasal drinking is one of the unique cultural custom of the ancient Zhuang people,which reflected the health concept and medical method of them.It contains not only the medical principle of resisting toxic pathogen and preventing summer heat,but also the medical thought of'preventive treatment for disease'.
