Analysis of animal model of adenomyosis based on the characteristics of clinical evidence in Chinese and Western medicine
Adenomyosis is a very common clinical female disease that poses a great threat to the physical and mental health of patients. With the theme of'adenomyosis'and the period of'2002-2022',we analyzed the animal models from CKN1,Wanfang,and VIP in the past 20 years, and summarized the degree of agreement between each modeling method and the clinical conditions in Chinese and Western medicine. The results showed that the AM model of oral tamoxifen in mice has a high degree of clinical compatibility between Chinese and Western medicine, and has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and high success rate, which makes it a commonly used and ideal animal model at present.Currently,AM animal models are dominated by disease models of western medicine, and models that match the characteristics of Chinese medical conditions are rare. The establishment of a model that meets the characteristics of Chinese medicine diseases is the basis for exploring the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine,so the construction of an animal model that combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical diseases is the first task of the current research.
