摘要
文章论述了气机的生理病理,结合小儿生理特性,说明了气机不畅是小儿百病由生的重要病机.笔者以小儿常见疾病——咳嗽的治疗为例,深入探讨孙重三小儿推拿流派在治疗小儿疾病方面侧重调理气机的特点及手法应用,创新性地将传统理论和现代临床相结合,为小儿推拿的临床实践、教学和学科发展提供了新的理论支撑和实践指导.
Abstract
This paper discusses the physiology and pathology of qi mechanism,in conjunction with the physiological characteristics of children,illustrating that the obstruction of qi mechanism is an important pathogenic factor in various diseases in children.The authors take the treatment of infantile cough as an example,this article delves into the characteristics and techniques of SUN Chongsan's pediatric Tuina style,which emphasizes the regulation of qi mechanisms in treating pediatric diseases.Innovatively integrating traditional theories with modern clinical practice,this study provides new theoretical support and practical guidance for the clinical practice,teaching,and disciplinary development of pediatric Tuina.
