Clinical efficacy of Chaiqin Wendan Anshen Formula combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction with biliary stagnation and phlegm disturbance syndrome

目的:评价柴芩温胆安神方联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗胆郁痰扰型室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性.方法:86例室性期前收缩患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组43例.对照组予琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,试验组在此基础上加用柴芩温胆安神方治疗,疗程8周.主要观察指标为动态心电图、中医症状积分,次要观察指标为匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)、抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)以及安全性指标.结果:试验组动态心电图疗效、中医症状积分疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后试验组24 h室性期前收缩次数、正常窦性RR间期总体标准差、中医症状积分、PSQI积分、PHQ-9积分、GAD-7积分优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组安全性指标治疗前后差异无统计学意义.结论:柴芩温胆安神方联合琥珀酸美托洛尔能够减少室性期前收缩患者24 h室性期前收缩次数,提高疗效,提高心率变异性,改善中医症状,提高睡眠质量,改善焦虑抑郁.
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaiqin Wendan Anshen Formula combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of patients with biliary stagnation and phlegm disturbance type premature ventricular contraction(PVC).Methods:A total of 86 patients with PVC were randomly assigned into test group and control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate,while the test group was treated with Chaiqin Wendan Anshen Formula on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The main observation indexes were the Holter and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score.The secondary observation indexes were Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale,patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7),and safety indicaters.Results:The efficacy of Holter and TCM symptom score in the test group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the number of 24-hour PVCs,standard diviation of normal to normal intervals,TCM symptom score,PSQI score,PHQ-9 score,and GAD-7 score were better in the test group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Chaiqin Wendan Anshen Formula combined with metoprolol succinate is able to reduce the number of 24-hour PVCs;improve the efficacy;increase heart rate variability;improve TCM symptoms;and improve sleep quality,anxiety and depression.
