Analysis of animal model of cholangiocarcinoma based on its clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine
Cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant tumor of digestive tract with high mortality. The establishment of animal models of cholangiocarcinoma in accordance with the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is the key to the study of its occurrence, development and treatment. Therefore, this paper summarized the modeling methods and characteristics of the existing animal models of cholangiocarcinoma, carried out the evaluation of the coincidence degree of the model according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and put forward some suggestions for improving the model. The results show that most of the existing animal models of cholangiocarcinoma are made by single factor, which is not consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of multiple factors of clinical cholangiocarcinoma;the modeling process is mostly guided by western medicine theory, lack of the participation of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenic factors, and few models of combination of disease and syndrome;the evaluation of the model is based on the pathological and cytological diagnosis of Western medicine, which is different from the clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical coincidence degree analysis showed that the transplant animal models have the highest clinical coincidence degree of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. In the future,it is still necessary to further improve the modeling method of cholangiocarcinoma and improve the disease-syndrome combination evaluation system of cholangiocarcinoma animal models,so as to provide a more scientific animal model carrier for the basic research of the disease.
