基于数字化目诊技术探讨高脂血症的目络特征及与证候要素的相关性

摘要
目的:利用数字化目诊仪研究高脂血症患者的目络特征并探讨其与中医证候的相关性,以期为高脂血症的临床诊疗提供参考.方法:纳入336例高脂血症患者和健康对照志愿者301名.目诊仪采集受试者白睛图像并进行目络特征的数字化提取,分析高脂血症的目络特征与其证候要素之间的相关性.结果:①高脂血症的特征目络形态为"点"和"雾漫",特征目络区位为"肝""肾""胆""膀胱",特征目络颜色为"黄""灰""紫".②高脂血症的主要证候要素为肝郁、痰湿、肾虚.③高脂血症的特征目络形态"点"与肝郁正相关,与阴虚呈负相关,"雾漫"与肝郁、痰湿呈正相关;"黄"与肝郁、痰湿呈负相关.结论:首次采用数字化目诊仪解析了高脂血症的眼象特征并分析其与证候要素的关联性,结果表明数字化目诊仪可为高脂血症的临床诊疗提供客观依据和新方法选择,有益于四诊规范化研究和提高疾病防治水平.
Abstract
Objective:To study the visual characteristics of hyperlipidemia patients and explore the correlation with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome using a digital visual instrument,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 336 patients with hyperlipidemia and 301 healthy control volunteers were included.The visual instrument collected the white eye images of the subjects and digitally extracted the visual features to analyze the correlation between the visual features of hyperlipidemia and its syndrome elements.Results:①The characteristic ocular collateral morphology of hyperlipidemia is'point'and'fog',the location is'liver','kidney','gallbladder'and'bladder',and the coloris'yellow','grey'and'purple'.②The main syndromes of hyperlipidemia are liver depression,phlegm dampness and kidney deficiency.③The'point'is positively correlated with liver depression,showing negative correlation with yin deficiency,the'fog'is positively correlated with liver depression and phlegm dampness;the'yellow'is negatively correlated with liver depression and phlegm dampness.Conclusion:For the first time,the digital visual instrument is used to analyze the ocular characteristics of hyperlipidemia and analyze its correlation with the syndrome elements,indicating that the digital visual instrument can provide objective basis and new method selection for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemia,which is beneficial to the standardized research of four diagnosis and improve the level of disease prevention and treatment.
