国医大师周仲瑛辨治外感热病学术观点探析

摘要
文章分析和总结了国医大师周仲瑛教授对外感热病的主要学术观点,主要分为5个方面:第一,外感热病有伤寒、温热病和瘟病之分;第二,外感热病主要分为肺系和胃系两方面;第三,温、热、火的联系和区别;第四,寒温统一,多元辨证;第五,外感热病五大证——热、痉、厥、闭、脱.为进一步总结和发展名老中医学术思想,发展外感热病理论提供思路.
Abstract
This paper analyzes and summarizes the main academic views of TCM master ZHOU Zhongying on exogenous febrile diseases,which are mainly divided into five aspects:Firstly,exogenous febrile diseases can be divided into cold pathogenic disease,warm-heat disease and epidemic infectious disease;Secondly,exogenous febrile diseases are mainly divided into two aspects:lung system and stomach system.Thirdly,the connection and difference between warm,heat and fire.Fourthly,the unity of cold and warm,multivariate syndrome differentiation.Fifthly,the five major diseases of exogenous febrile diseases:heat,convulsive syndrome,syncope syndrome,blockage syndrome,prostration syndrome.It provides ideas for further summarizing and developing the academic thoughts of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners and developing the theory of exogenous febrile diseases.
