Clinical application of TCM master LIN Yi's academic thought of'strengthening spleen and supporting the positive'in the consolidation period of triple-negative breast cancer
Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)accounts for about 15％-20％of all breast cancer.It is characterized by strong invasion,high risk of distant metastasis and poor prognosis.The recurrence risk in the first three years after surgery is higher than other subtypes,and its survival time is shorter once metastasis occurs.Triple-negative breast cancer is a difficult point in western medicine treatment because only chemotherapy is effective and lack of specific drugs.Thus it provides an opportunity for traditional Chinese medicine to treat TNBC.Professor LIN Yi,the fourth TCM master,has unique views on the treatment of post operation stage of TNBC and has significant clinical effects.Therefore,the author has summarized Professor Lin Yi's experience in the treatment of TNBC after surgery with strengthening spleen and supporting the positive therapy.
