国医大师王晞星分期论治肿瘤恶液质经验

摘要
恶液质是肿瘤疾病常见并发症,多是由于代谢紊乱,致骨骼肌持续消耗所致,久则导致机体功能损伤,常规营养支持不能完全缓解.国医大师王晞星认为肿瘤恶液质多是肿瘤消耗、放化疗等抗癌治疗损伤气血营卫所致,故诊治应和调营卫、抗癌解毒.根据恶液质发生发展规律,分期辨治:恶液质前期宜和中调营、醒脾和胃;恶液质期治以和血养营、益气健脾;恶液质难治期宜大补脾气、补养肝肾.
Abstract
Cachexia is a common complication of tumor diseases,mostly due to metabolic disorders,resulting in continuous depletion of skeletal muscle and may lead to body function damage for a long time.Conventional nutritional support can not be completely alleviated.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master WANG Xixing believes that most of the tumor cachexia are caused by tumor consumption,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other anti-cancer treatment also damages the ying,wei,qi and blood.The diagnosis and treatment focus on reconciling ying,wei and anti-cancer and detoxification.According to the law of occurrence and development of cachexia,it is treated by stages.In the early stage of cachexia,we should reconcile ying and wei,awaken the spleen and stomach;In the stage of cachexia,we should tonic blood and ying,invigorate qi and strengthen the spleen.In the refractory period of cachexia,it is advisable to tonify the temper,nourish the liver and kidneys.
