国医大师洪广祥"治肺不远温"论治慢性咳嗽经验

摘要
国医大师洪广祥教授致力于肺系疾病的临床研究,并且在治疗各种慢性肺系疾病上有自己独特的见解.慢性咳嗽病因复杂,临床表现多样,洪教授通过多年探索与研究,提出正虚邪实、气机逆乱为慢性咳嗽全程病机,而内因为本病致病之关键,治疗上则重视温法,体现"治肺不远温"的学术思想.文章主要从正虚邪实的关键病机以及全程温法的治疗总纲来探讨洪教授"治肺不远温"思想在治疗慢性咳嗽的应用,临床疗效显著,具有指导临床实践的重要意义.
Abstract
Professor HONG Guangxiang,a TCM master,is committed to the clinical research of lung diseases,and has his own unique views on the treatment of various chronic lung diseases.The etiology of chronic cough is complex and the clinical manifestations are diverse.Professor HONG,through years of exploration and research,has proposed that positive deficiency and evil substance and the disharmony of qi and machinery are the pathogenesis of chronic cough.Internal causes are the key to the pathogenesis of this disease,and the treatment pays attention to temperature method,reflecting the academic thought that'treatment of lung not far from warmth'.This paper mainly discusses the application of professor HONG's thought of'treatment of lung not far from warmth'in the treatment of chronic cough from the key pathogenesis of positive deficiency and evil substance and the general treatment principle of whole-course warming method.The clinical effect is remarkable and has important significance to guide clinical practice.
