外文摘要：Professor HONG Guangxiang,a TCM master,is committed to the clinical research of lung diseases,and has his own unique views on the treatment of various chronic lung diseases.The etiology of chronic cough is complex and the clinical manifestations are diverse.Professor HONG,through years of exploration and research,has proposed that positive deficiency and evil substance and the disharmony of qi and machinery are the pathogenesis of chronic cough.Internal causes are the key to the pathogenesis of this disease,and the treatment pays attention to temperature method,reflecting the academic thought that'treatment of lung not far from warmth'.This paper mainly discusses the application of professor HONG's thought of'treatment of lung not far from warmth'in the treatment of chronic cough from the key pathogenesis of positive deficiency and evil substance and the general treatment principle of whole-course warming method.The clinical effect is remarkable and has important significance to guide clinical practice.
