从肺微膜阻滞探讨呼吸道病毒感染继发肺间质纤维化病机及治疗

肺微膜为三焦膜系内通于肺的微细膜性管道,相当于肺之间质与肺络并行连接.肺微膜以通为常流行气与水液,随肺的呼吸运动、气的升降出入推动水液运行,阻滞为病出现水湿停聚、痰浊蓄积.病毒感染、疫毒侵肺致肺气虚损、肺微膜损伤,气不摄津、气不流津,肺微膜阻滞,津液外渗于肺,湿毒化热熏蒸,湿浊弥漫肺及微膜,随病程进展出现重度阻滞,湿浊酝酿化生痰浊,蓄积于肺微膜不化,波及与之相连的肺络出现瘀阻,痰瘀痹阻肺微膜及肺络出现肺间质纤维化.治疗以宣畅肺微膜为关键,通过扶正祛湿畅通肺微膜、宣肺化浊宣通肺微膜、化痰活血开通肺微膜改善肺间质纤维化.
Discussion on pathogenesis and treatment of the post respiratory virus pulmonary fibrosis from the stagnation of pulmonary micro-membrane
The pulmonary micro-membrane,a micro-membrane tube of the membrane system of Sanjiao,analogous to the pulmonary interstitial and connects to the lung collaterals.It circulates fluid and qi within and promotes fluid movement through the ascending,descending,going out and going in of breath and lung qi.The pulmonary micro-membrane typically remains unobstructed,but stagnation of it can result in the accumulation of water-dampness and phlegm turbidity.The respiratory virus infection damages the pulmonary micro-membrane,impairing healthy qi and causing acute deficiency.As a result,the qi cannot prompt fluid circulation,leading to the stagnation of dampness in the pulmonary micro-membrane,and dampness-heat obstructing the pulmonary micro-membrane.This accumulation progresses to obstruct the pulmonary micro-membrane,phlegm turbidity,and causing blood stasis.Phlegm turbidity and blood stasis contribute to stagnation within the pulmonary micro-membrane,ultimately resulting in pulmonary fibrosis.The treatment of diffusing and dredging the pulmonary micro-membrane is crucial.Reinforcing the healthy qi to dispel dampness,diffusing the lung to resolve dampness,resolving phlegm,activating blood,and resolving stasis,diffusing and dredging the pulmonary micro-membrane can improve lung interstitial fibrosis.
