基于通痹治痿法论治特发性肺纤维化

摘要
特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是肺系难治性疾病,中医多以"肺痿""肺痹"论治.因痹致痿是IPF的病机关键,痹与痿又可以互为因果.张洪春教授治疗1PF时善于运用通痹治痿法,且将此法贯穿疾病治疗始终.早期注重清通,中期注重通补兼施,晚期以调补为要,同时辅以通痹之法,在临床治疗中获得良效.现将其临证经验总结如下,以期为临床诊疗IPF提供思路.
Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a refractory disease of the lung system.Traditional Chinese medicine treats it with'lung flaccidity'and'lung arthralgia'.Bi disease causing flaccidity symptoms is the key to the pathogenesis of IPF,and bi disease and flaccidity can be mutually causal.Professor ZHANG Hongchun is good at using the method of Tong Bi Zhi Wei in the treatment of IPF,and the method is always used throughout the treatment of this disease.In the early stage he focuses on heat clearing and obstruction removing,in the middle stage he focuses on both removing and reinforcing,and in the late stage,he focuses on regulating and reinforcing,supplemented by the method of Tong Bi,his experience has achieved good results in clinical treatment.Here,his clinical experience is summarized as follows,in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of IPF.
