基于"形气神交感互藏"思想探究卵巢储备功能减退的诊疗策略

摘要
形气神理论是中医整体观的高度概括,深入探索形气神理论,有利于全面挖掘疾病本质,充分发挥中医治疗优势.卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)是影响女性生育的重要因素,提高患者生育力是当今医学界的热点问题.基于"形气神交感互藏"思想探究DOR的发病机制与治疗方法,以"神之改变为始-气之改变为发-形之改变为终"的关系轴探析DOR的发病过程,强调治疗时应形气神相互配合,提出"调神以扬焕发之意""调气以达斡旋之力""调形以固生殖之本"的治疗原则,以期为临床诊疗提供辨证论治依据.
Abstract
The theory of body,qi and spirit is a high generalization of the whole view of Chinese medicine.Exploring the theory of body,qi and spirit is conducive to fully exploring the essence of diseases and giving full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment.Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is an important factor affecting female fertility.Improving patient fertility is a hot issue in medical field.Based on the idea of'mutual accumulation of body,qi and spirit',the pathogenesis and treatment of DOR were explored,and the pathogenesis of DOR was analyzed with the relationship axis of'the change of spirit as the beginning-the change of qi as the intermediate step-the change of body as the end',emphasizing the coordination of body,qi and spirit in treatment.The therapeutic principles of'regulating the spirit to raise the meaning of radiance','regulating the qi to achieve the mediation force'and'regulating the shape to strengthen the foundation of reproduction'were put forward in order to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
