韩碧英针药结合治疗顽固性面瘫的经验撷英

摘要
文章从辨证思路、治疗特点、验案举隅3个方面介绍韩碧英教授临床治疗顽固性面瘫的经验.顽固性面瘫经久难愈,严重影响着患者生理和心理的健康.韩教授认为本病的基本病机为邪滞面部经筋的孙络浮络与阴阳跷脉,日久耗伤卫气营血而致经筋失用.治疗时应审邪正之势,重视调理中焦脾胃气机,以旁通之"根溜注入"、阴阳跷脉之交会穴、五输穴之水火穴改善经气运行的通路,温针灸以起筋痿,扶正与祛邪并重,针灸与汤液同举,临床取得良好的疗效.
Abstract
This paper introduces professor HAN Biying's clinical experience in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis from three aspects:dialectical ideas,treatment characteristics,and case examination examples.Intractable facial paralysis is difficult to heal for a long time,which seriously affects the physical and psychological health of patients.Professor HAN Biying believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is the evil stagnates the Sun Luo,floating luo,yin and yang qiao meridian of the facial meridians,which have been depleting defensive qi and nutrient-blood for a long time,resulting in the loss of meridian tendons.During the treatment,the trend of evil should be judged,pay attention to the conditioning of the spleen and stomach qi movement,improve the passage of meridian qi operation with the bypassing'root and slip injection',the meeting point of yin and yang veins,and the water and fire point of the five Shu acupoints,warm needle moxibustion to raise tendons,equal emphasis on strengthening vital qi and eliminate pathogenic factor,acupuncture and decoction together,and achieve good clinical results.
