摘要
胡元会教授从事心血管病临床、教学、科研30余年,临证治疗房颤善用角药,紧扣病机,随症加减,药简力宏,效如桴鼓.文章总结了胡教授治疗房颤角药运用经验,并根据其不同功效分为清火类、理气类、活血类、化痰类、利水消肿类、补虚类、息风类、安神类进行论述,以期为房颤的临证和基础研究提供参考.
Abstract
Professor HU Yuanhui has been engaged in clinical,teaching and scientific research of cardiovascular diseases for more than 30 years.He is good at using triangle medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation,closely following the pathogenesis,adding or subtracting according to symptoms,and the medicine is simple and powerful,and the effect is remarkable.This article summarizes Professor HU's experience in using triangle medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation,and divides it into clearing heat,regulating qi,activating blood circulation,resolving phlegm,promoting diuresis and reducing swelling,replenishing deficiency,wind extinguishing,and calming the mind according to their different effects,in order to provide reference for the clinical and basic research of atrial fibrillation.
