摘要
文章总结了陆曙教授诊治心系疾病的主要学术观点、临证经验与用药特色.陆教授临床重视肝与心的生理病理关系,善用双心同调、疏肝解郁、养血活血、调畅心脉法,注重从气血关系论治心系疾病,并兼顾脾胃之治,注重心胆相关,巧用"双枢"治法,重视辨病与辨证结合并采用分期论治,重视《黄帝内经》五运六气学说的应用.陆曙传承龙砂医派学术特色,整合龙砂医派诊疗技艺,提出"五维辨治"临床范式.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the main academic viewpoints,clinical experience and medication characteristics of professor LU Shu in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Professor LU Shu attaches importance to the physiological and pathological relationship between the liver and the heart,makes good use of the methods of harmonizing two hearts,soothing the liver and relieving depression,nourishing blood and activating blood,and regulating the heart pulse,pays attention to the treatment of heart diseases from the relationship between qi and blood,pays attention to the treatment of spleen and stomach,pays attention to the relationship between heart and gallbladder,skillfully uses the'double shu'treatment method,attaches importance to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,adopts the treatment by stages,attaches importance to the application of the theory of five movements and six qi in Huangdi Neijing,and inherits the academic characteristics of Longsha medical school,integrates diagnosis and treatment techniques of Longsha medical school,proposes the clinical paradigm of five-dimensional differentiation and treatment.
