从虚-痰瘀毒角度论治癌性疼痛

摘要
癌性疼痛是癌症患者的常见症状,剧烈的疼痛会对机体造成难以忍受的折磨.素体内虚、脏腑虚损、正气不足导致经络失养,发为疼痛,是癌性疼痛发生的内在因素,为病之本;脏腑失调进一步致气血津液运行紊乱,痰浊、血瘀互结,日久癌毒内蕴,相互搏结,壅滞经络,不通则痛,是促进癌性疼痛发展的关键病理因素.文章拟从虚-痰瘀毒这一动态角度分析癌性疼痛的发病机制及辨治要点,为中医药治疗癌性疼痛提供参考.
Abstract
Cancer pain is a common symptom of cancer patients,severe pain will cause unbearable suffering to the body.The deficiency of the body,the deficiency of the viscera and the deficiency of the healthy qi lead to the loss of meridians and collaterals,which is the internal factor of the occurrence of cancer pain and the root of the disease.The disorders of Zangfu organs further lead to the disturbance of qi,blood and body fluid operation,turbidities of phlegm,interjunction of blood stasis,cancer toxicity for a long time,mutual pooling,obstructing meridians and irregular pain,which are the key pathological factors to promote the development of cancer pain.This paper intends to analyze the pathogenesis and key points of treatment of cancer pain from the dynamic perspective of deficiency-phlegm,stasis and toxicity,and provide reference for the treatment of cancer pain by traditional Chinese medicine.
