摘要
文章总结郑玉玲教授运用大秦艽汤治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛经验.郑教授认为骨转移疼痛以气血亏虚、肾精不足为发病基础,癌毒内侵、浸淫流窜为关键诱因,"两虚"相得而起病,为本虚标实之证,但因癌毒势猛、乖戾、潜藏伏匿等特性,其疼痛病位、病程、病势、痛感与一般痛证大不相同.大秦艽汤虽为中风之证所设,但其内蕴八珍汤益气养血补虚,又含诸风药散邪解毒止痛,兼有清热药佐制平衡寒热,既补且散,标本同治,契合骨转移疼痛虚实并见的病机,临证治疗肿瘤骨转移疼痛,收效良好.
Abstract
This paper summaries professor ZHENG Yuling's experience in using Daqinjiao Decoction to treat pain from malignant tumor bone metastasis.Professor ZHENG believes that the onset of bone metastasis pain is based on deficiency of qi and blood,and insufficiency of kidney essence.The invasion of cancerous toxins and their insidious spread are key inducing factors.The simultaneous presence of'two deficiencies'leads to the manifestation of primary deficiency with secondary excess.However,due to the aggressive,erratic,and latent nature of cancerous toxins,the location,course,severity,and sensation of pain are significantly different from common pain syndromes.Although Daqinjiao Decoction is designed for the syndrome of stroke,its composition contains Bazhen Decoction to tonify qi,nourish blood,and supplement deficiencies,as well as various wind-dispelling herbs to expel pathogens,detoxify,and alleviate pain.It also includes heat-clearing herbs to balance cold and heat.By both supplementing and dispersing,addressing the root cause while alleviating symptoms,it conforms to the pathogenesis of both deficiency and excess in bone metastasis pain.Clinical treatment of tumor bone metastasis pain with Daqinjiao Decoction has shown good results.
