金起凤治疗湿疹的临证经验探析

摘要
金起凤教授从医60余载,运用中医药治疗湿疹有显著疗效.湿疹是由多种因素引发的迟发型超敏反应皮肤病,常有糜烂、渗液、结痂的皮损表现,可伴有不同程度的瘙痒,易反复发作、迁延难愈.金教授认为湿疹的发病外因以外感风湿热邪为主,内因以脾湿为主,湿邪在湿疹的发生发展过程中起重要作用.遣方论治时,总内、外科之长,辨证论治,同时注重顾护脾胃,效果颇佳.经验方龙蚤清渗汤通过现代临床试验及实验室研究被证明疗效确切.
Abstract
Professor JIN Qifeng has been practicing medicine for over 60 years and has shown significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of eczema using traditional Chinese medicine.Eczema is a delayed onset hypersensitivity skin disease caused by a combination of multiple factors.It often presents with skin lesions such as erosion,exudation,and scabbing,and may be accompanied by varying degrees of itching.It is prone to recurrent attacks and is tough to cure.Professor JIN believes that the external cause of eczema is mainly due to external rheumatism and heat evil,while the internal cause is mainly due to spleen dampness.Dampness-evil plays an important role in the occurrence and development of eczema.When sending prescriptions for treatment,the strengths of internal medicine and surgery are combined,and the diagnosis and treatment are based on syndrome differentiation.At the same time,attention is paid to the protection of the spleen and stomach,and the effect is quite great.Its empirical formula,Longzao Qingshen Decoction,has been proven to have definite therapeutic effects through modern clinical trials and laboratory research.
