滋阴凉血柔肝健脾法治疗消渴目病的经验

摘要
糖尿病(DM)是一种严重危害人类健康的代谢性疾病,而DM眼部并发症——糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是40岁以上人群的主要致盲性眼病之一,在中医归属于"消渴目病"的范畴.文章总结许家骏教授治疗DR的经验,主张在现代医学指南基础上,使用滋阴凉血、柔肝健脾法治疗本病,方药因人而异辨证加减,嘱患者定期进行眼底筛查,疗效显著.文章举验案2则,以期为临床提供诊疗思路.
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a metabolic disease that seriously endangers human health,and diabetic retinopathy,the eye complication of DM,is one of the main blinding eye diseases in people over 40 years old,which is classified as'diabetic eye disease'in traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarizes the experience of professor XU Jiajun in the treatment of DR.He uses the method of nourishing yin and cooling blood,softening liver and strengthening spleen to treat this disease on the basis of modern medical guidelines.And according to different patient's systemic symptoms,he changes the composition of prescriptions and tells them to undergo fundus screening regularly.The curative effect is remarkable.This article presents two clinical cases to provide clinical treatment ideas.
