摘要
本指南由中华中医药学会批准,中华中医药学会针刀医学分会牵头针刀医学、疼痛医学、超声医学、循证医学领域专家制定的颈源性头痛针刀专科诊疗指南.该指南根据针刀治疗颈源性头痛的临床优势,在总结前期解剖学等基础研究及临床应用研究成果的基础上,针对颈源性头痛这一疾病,建立系统、完整的针刀临床诊疗规范.本指南的制定,有利于提高针刀治疗颈源性头痛的规范性及临床应用的合理性,提高颈源性头痛的诊治水平,更好地满足广大患者的需求,尤其是对该治疗技术在基层医疗机构的推广具有重要的意义.
Abstract
This guideline is approved by China Association of Chinese Medicine,and led by Acupotomy Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine and drafted by experts in the fields of acupotomy,pain medicine,ultrasonic medicine and evidence-based medicine.According to the clinical advantages of acupotomy threapy for cervicogenic headache,this guide established a systematic and complete clinical diagnosis an treatment standard for the disease of cervicogenic headache on the basis of summarizing the previous results of anatomical research and clinical application research.The development of this guideline is conducive to improving the standardization and rationality of acupotomy threapy for cervical headache and improving the level of diagnosis and treatment of cervical headache,it can better meet the needs of patients,and it plays important significance especially in the promotion of this therapeutic technology in grassroots medical and health institutions.
