Research progress of volatile components in Flos Lonicerae
As a large variety with homology of medicine and food,Flos Lonicerae has a long medicinal history and a large market demand.Volatile components are not only medicinal active components,but also edible flavor substances,which are important indicators affecting the quality of Flos Lonicerae.In this paper,the extraction methods,chemical composition and influencing factors of volatile components of Flos Lonicerae are systematically summarized,and it is clear that the volatile components of Flos Lonicera are mainly affected by germplasm,origin,development period,dry processing and extraction methods,so as to provide reference for improving and stabilizing the quality of Flos Lonicera and promoting its development and utilization.
