浅析中、法、美3国耳穴源流及其体系差异

摘要
耳穴最早记载于2 000多年前的《黄帝内经》,20世纪50年代法国Nogier博 士的胚胎倒置耳穴图掀起耳穴研究热潮,而后中国牵头发布了国际耳穴标准《耳穴》(WFAS STANDARD-002:2012).本研究对比了中、法、美3国耳穴体系的特征差异,结果显示在耳穴数量上,美国耳穴在中、法基础上发展成为三方之最;在耳穴命名与定位上,中、美耳穴均采用区块的形式命名和呈现,但两者的耳廓分区相似度仅为30％;在临床应用上,法、美两国耳穴偏于疼痛管理应用而中国耳穴适应证更广.进一步根据解剖全面细化耳廓分区,比较中、法、美3国耳穴中同一耳穴不同定位的临床疗效,择优选取定位,深入研究以突破耳穴国际壁垒尤为重要.
Abstract
Auricular acupuncture points were first recorded in the Huangdi Neijing more than 2 000 years ago.In the 1950s,Dr.Nogier's embryonic inverted auricular acupuncture point diagram in France set off a wave of auricular acupuncture point research,and then the Chinese auricular acupuncture points took the lead in releasing the international auricular acupuncture point standard Auricular Acupuncture Points(WFAS STANDARD-002:2012).Further comparisons of the characteristics of the auricular acupuncture point systems of China,France and America showed that in terms of the number of auricular acupuncture points,America auricular acupuncture points developed on the basis of the Chinese and French auricular acupuncture points to become the most important of the three parties;in terms of the naming and localization of auricular acupuncture points,the Chinese and American auricular acupuncture points both used the form of the name of the block and presentation,but the similarity of the auricular partitions of the two is only 30％;in terms of the clinical application of auricular acupuncture points of France and America,the auricular acupuncture points favored the application of pain management,whereas the Chinese auricular acupuncture points had a broader indication.It is particularly important to further refine the auricle segmentation according to anatomy,compare the clinical efficacy of different positioning of the same auricular point in Chinese,French and American auricular points,select the optimal positioning,and conduct in-depth research to break through the international barrier of auricular points.
