鲜马齿苋的古今临床应用及现代研究分析

摘要
鲜药是中医学数千年来的医治经验的总结,具有不可替代的优势,鲜药饮片也将是今后中药发展的新方向、新趋势.鲜马齿苋临床应用广泛,既可外用又可内服.现代药理研究表明,鲜马齿苋所含生物碱类、黄酮类及脂肪酸成分明显高于干品,其抗菌、抗氧化、抗过敏、降血糖作用优于干马齿苋.我国马齿苋分布广泛,药源广阔,价格低廉,但目前市面上鲜马齿苋的相关制剂仍较少,有必要开发马齿苋鲜药饮片.文章通过对鲜马齿苋的古今临床应用及现代研究特点进行整理归纳总结,探讨其现代临床使用策略,为鲜马齿苋的进一步开发研究与临床应用提供前期参考依据.
Abstract
Fresh medicine is the summary of thousands of years of medical treatment experience in the motherland,with irreplaceable advantages.Fresh medicine pieces will also be the new direction and new trend of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Fresh Portulacae Herba has a wide range of clinical applications and can be used externally as well as internally.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that fresh Portulacae Herba contains alkaloids,flavonoids and fatty acids that are significantly higher than those of the dried product,the effects of fresh Portulacae Herba,such as antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-allergic and hypoglycemic were better than those of dried Portulacae Herba.Portulacae Herba is widely distributed in China,with a wide source of medicine and low price,but at present,there are still few fresh Portulacae Herba related preparations on the market,and it is necessary to develop fresh medicine tablets of Portulacae Herba.This article summarizes the ancient and modern clinical applications and modem research of fresh Portulacae Herba,explores its modem clinical use strategies,and provides a preliminary reference for the further development and clinical application of fresh Portulacae Herba.
