从针灸治神探讨五行针灸的理论基础与临床操作

摘要
文章分析针灸治神的概念内涵,结合五行针灸的理论和临床特点,探讨五行针灸诊疗过程中的治神特色.认为五行针灸高度契合《黄帝内经》的治神理念;临证强调医者身体素质的培养,重视并善于处理医患关系,为治神打下良好的基础;临床操作丝丝入扣,将医者之神调治患者之神的具体细节贯穿于针刺前、中、后的全程,充分调动了患者强大的心神力量以激发其自愈力;较为系统地保留了针灸治神的手段,可为针灸治神适宜技术的应用和推广提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of treating spirit in acumoxology,and discusses the characteristics of treating spirit in the diagnosis and treatment of the five-element acupuncture in combination with the theoretical and clinical characteristics of the five-element acupuncture.It is believed that the five-element acupuncture are highly consistent with the concept of treating spirit in Huangdi Neijing.It emphasizes the cultivation of the physical fitness of doctors,attaches importance to and is good at handling doctor-patient relationships in clinical practice,and lays a good foundation for treating spirit health.Its clinical operation is meticulous,with the specific details of regulating the patient's spirit through the entire process before,during,and after acupuncture,fully mobilizing the patient's strong mental power to stimulate their self-healing ability.It systematically retains the means of treating spirit in acumoxology,which can provide useful reference for the application and promotion of appropriate techniques of treating spirit in acumoxology.
