薛雪《湿热论》湿热病传变规律探析

摘要
文章通过研究薛雪《湿热论》的原文行文次序,总结湿热病的传变规律,提出其可能的传变途径、分期证型和治则治法,指导临床辨证论治和用药.总体而言,湿热病具有"由表自里分层次,湿重于热入水道,热重于湿侵脏腑"的传变规律,若湿热并重,又可以六经、卫气营血等变证为支线,产生多种坏病.湿热病辨证维度虽多,而薛雪以三焦为主线,将湿热病以三焦为主体进行区分认识.薛雪湿热三焦辨证体系为湿热病辨证开山之作,独具特色,研究其传变规律对临床实践以及探索温病源流具有较大价值.
Abstract
By studying the text order of XUE Xue's Treatise on Dampness and Heat,this paper summarizes the law of transmission and variation of dampness and heat disease,and puts forward its possible ways of transmission,stages and types of syndrome and treatment,so as to guide clinical treatment and medication.In general,the damp-heat disease has the law of'from the surface to the inside stratification,humidity is heavier than heat into the waterway,heat is heavier than humidity invasion of the viscera'.If the dampness and heat are equal,the six channels,wei qi ying blood and other changes can be branch lines,resulting in a variety of bad diseases.Although there are many dialectical dimensions of dampness-heat disease,XUE Xue took triple energizer as the main line and distinguishes dampness-heat disease with triple energizer as the main body.XUE Xue's triple energizer syndrome differentiation system of dampness-heat is the first work of the differentiation of dampness-heat disease,and it has its own characteristics.
