叶天士治疗产后病六法探析

摘要
叶天士治疗妇人产后病具有独到特色,其将气血不足、奇经八脉空虚视为产后病的病机根本,而由此引发的阴阳失衡、实邪蕴积是导致产后病复杂多变的病机关键.叶天士立足病机论述,在产后病的治疗上坚持执一驭繁、据证分治,形成了温阳固脱、潜阳息风、平冲降逆、消瘀化滞、化痰蠲饮及理肺泄浊6种方法,用药重视药味少、配伍精、顾虚实、调诸脏等,为产后病的临床治疗提供了借鉴和启发.
Abstract
YE Tianshi has unique characteristics in treating postpartum diseases of women.The deficiency of qi and blood and the emptiness of the eight extra meridians are regarded as the basic pathogenesis of postpartum women,and the imbalance of yin and yang and the accumulation of excess and evil caused by this are the key pathogenesis of the complex and diverse postpartum diseases.According to the pathogenesis,YE Tianshi's treatment of postpartum diseases has the characteristics of controlling the complexity and treating according to the syndrome.There are six methods in the treatment of postpartum diseases,such as warming yang and removing obstruction,latent yang and calming wind,removing blood stasis and removing stagnation,resolving phlegm and removing fluid retention,and regulating lung and eliminating turbidity,and attaches importance to the characteristics of less flavor,fine compatibility,deficiency and excess,and regulation of various organs.The clinical treatment of postpartum diseases provides reference and inspiration.
