六经病传变与转归之阴阳胜复

摘要
文章运用阴阳胜复理论对《伤寒论》六经病的形成、传变以及转归展开探讨.研究认为,阴或阳过盛是太阳病传变的实质,太阳经的传变可循经传、越经传以及表里传变;阳明病多受热邪侵扰;少阳病多由其他阳经邪气侵扰,失治不及可逆传阳明,顺传三阴;太阴病所受阴邪一是由他经传入,二是素体阳虚,阴寒内生,寒盛可传其他阴经;少阴病以阳虚为主,阴阳在虚弱状态下的消长不平衡会导致热化证或寒化证;针对厥阴病的病机,目前学界缺乏共识,从阴阳胜复角度探析,寒热错杂的实质是阴阳两虚状态下的消长不平衡所致.
Abstract
In this paper,the theory of alternative preponderance of yin and yang(Yin and Yang Sheng Fu)is used to discuss the formation,transmission and prognosis of six-meridian diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.According to the research,excessive yin or yang is the essence of the transmission of solar disease,and the transmission of the Taiyang meridian can be transmitted along the meridian,across the meridian and on the surface;Yangming disease is mostly disturbed by heat evil.Shaoyang disease is mostly disturbed by other yang meridians,and the loss of treatment is not as good as reversible transmission of Yangming,followed by three yin;the yin and evil of Taiyin disease is introduced by other channels,and the second is the yang deficiency of the body,the endogenous yin and cold,and the cold can be transmitted to other yin channels.Shaoyin disease is mainly yang deficiency,and the imbalance of yin and yang in the weak state will lead to heat syndrome or cold syndrome.In view of the pathogenesis of Jueyin disease,there is a lack of consensus in the academic circles at present.From the perspective of yin and yang,the essence of cold and heat is caused by the imbalance of growth and decline under the condition of yin and yang deficiency.
