扶阳运枢中医综合方案治疗代谢综合征的前瞻性随机对照研究

摘要
目的:初步探索扶阳运枢中医综合方案治疗代谢综合征(MetS)的有效性及安全性.方法:纳入2021年1月至2022年3月期间收治的60例MetS脾肾阳虚、湿浊瘀阻证患者,采用随机数表法分为2组,对照组30例采用安慰剂中药颗粒治疗,治疗组30例采用扶阳运枢中医综合方案(扶阳运枢中药颗粒+日光浴)治疗,比较治疗12周后两组的治疗效果.结果:治疗12周后,治疗组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、EQ-5D健康指数、临床总体印象量表评分改善显著优于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).治疗组体脂率下降值显著大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:采用扶阳运枢中医综合方案干预MetS患者,可有效改善患者血糖、血压以及体脂率,提高患者生活质量,并具有潜在减轻体重、腹型肥胖以及改善胰岛素抵抗的作用,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy of Fuyang Yunshu in the treatment of metabolic syndrome(MetS).Methods:According to the random number table method,60 MetS patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,dampness and blood stasis syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with placebo Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy of Fuyang Yunshu(Fuyang Yunshu Decoction plus sunshine treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the improvement of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure,EQ-5D health index and clinical global impression scale score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The decrease of body fat percentage in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy of Fuyang Yunshu for MetS patients can effectively reduce blood glucose,blood pressure and body fat percentage of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has the potential to reduce body weight,abdominal obesity and insulin resistance,with high safety.
