摘要
"颈夹脊"在临床应用中的概念使用和取穴操作呈现一定的混乱现象,主要涉及两个问题:一是"颈夹脊"与"华佗夹脊穴"的关系,二是"颈夹脊"的穴数、旁开尺寸等取穴标准问题,二者都与针灸学对"颈夹脊"的体表形态认识视角有关.对形态视角产生问题的纠偏应回归于对功能主治的总结.文章通过经典中"颈夹脊"相关部位表述如"侠颈"、颈项穴"天柱",及关联经脉足太阳经、督脉的主治分析,强调脑对认识"颈夹脊"的重要性,结合"颈夹脊"与"华佗夹脊"的联系,试图反思今天形态视角影响下,将"颈夹脊"排除在外的针灸标准"夹脊穴"定义,理解后出的"夹脊"延伸概念"颈夹脊"从概念使用到功能主治的局限性和制约性,从而推动对"颈夹脊"认识从形态到功能视角的转换.
Abstract
The use of the concept of'cervical Jiaji'in clinical application and the operation of acupoint selection present a certain confusion,which mainly involves two issues,one is the relationship between the'cervical Jiaji'and the'HUA Tuo Jiaji',the other is the standard of acupoint selection,such as the number of'cervical Jiaji'and the distance of the'cervical Jiaji'on either side of the pinched spine from the spinal column,both of which are related to the perspective of acupuncture on the body surface morphology of'cervical Jiaji'.The rectification of problems arising from morphological perspective should return to the summary of functional indications.This article attempts to reflect on the definition of the acupuncture standard of'Jiaji'which excludes'cervical Jiaji'under the influence of today's morphological perspective,by analyzing the expression of related parts of'cervical Jiaji'in ancient classics,such as'Xiajing'and'Tianzhu',foot Taiyang bladder meridian and governor vessel,combining the relationship between'cervical Jiaji'and'HUA Tuo Jiaji',also emphasizes the importance of the brain in understanding'cervical Jiaji',in order to understand the limitations and constraints of'cervical Jiaji',which extended from'Jiaji',thus promoting the transformation of the understanding of'cervical Jiaji'from morphological to functional perspective.
