摘要
在肿瘤病机的研究中,瘀毒被认为是其重要因素.文章深入探讨了瘀毒在肿瘤发生和发展中的关键特点,发现瘀毒"体阴而势阳",有潜藏性、顽固性、长期性、乖戾性、易转移等特性.从病因、病位、病机及临床特点上看,瘀毒既表现出阴的属性,也有阳的性质.这种阴阳属性增加了治疗的复杂性.因此,文章从多角度对瘀毒的阴阳属性进行研究探析,将阴阳观贯穿肿瘤辨证治疗的全过程,以期在临床上有的放矢,不失偏颇.
Abstract
In the study of tumor pathogenesis,stasis-toxin is considered to be an important factor.In this paper,the key characteristics of stasis-toxin in the occurrence and development of tumor were deeply discussed,tumor stasis-toxin are substantially belonging to'yin in physique and yang in function',and it was found that stasis-toxin is latent,stubborn,long-term,surly and easy to metastasize.From the perspective of etiology,location,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics,stasis-toxin has both yin and yang properties.This yin-yang nature adds complexity to the treatment.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the yin and yang attributes of stasis-toxin from multiple angles,and penetrates the yin and yang view through the whole process of tumor syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to be targeted in clinical practice without losing bias.
