中医千载传承,经典代有充栋.虽古今生产力水平有悬殊差异,但先圣将人和自然相统一的智慧和能力,依然是今人效仿的榜样.义理虽一,古今表述有别.故以"辨"沟通古今."苦能燥湿"理论源于先圣临床实践的总结,后世运用奉为玉律,且功效卓著.基于《黄帝内经》,借助今世科研成果,以最直白之辞,敢解"苦能燥湿"之旨,冀索玉还.苦者味之一,湿者气之一,气味相作,影响人体津液之稳态."湿"为组成生命的重要元素之一,亦是疾病的基调."苦能燥湿"就是"苦"味物质可广泛参与机体神经-体液调节,如通过触动苦味受体这个警示开关,引发级联反应而致机体之"湿"产生相应变化,同时亦可影响意识活动,协同调控生命稳态.
Explaination on the connotation of'bitterness can dry dampness'in ancient times from a modern point of view
Traditional Chinese medicine has been inherited for thousands of years,and the classics have been abundant from generation to generation.Although there is a huge difference in the level of productivity between ancient and modern times,the wisdom and ability of the ancestors to unify man and nature are still an example for people today to follow.Although the meaning and principle are still the same,there are differences between ancient and modem expressions.Therefore,similarities and differences should be analyzed to communicate the past and the present.The theory of'bitterness can dry dampness'originated from the summary of the clinical practice of ancient doctors,and was used as the standard in later generations,and the effect was outstanding.Based on Huangdi Neijing,and with the help of the results of modem scientific research,explain the connotation of'bitterness can dry dampness'in the most straightforward language,hoping to get more inspiration.Bitterness is one of the Weis,dampness is one of the Qi,and the Qi and Wei interact with each other,affecting the homeostasis of the body's fluid metabolism.'Dampness'is one of the important elements of life and the basis of disease.'Bitterness can dry dampness'means that bitter taste substances can widely participate in the regulation of nerve-humoral in the body.For example,by triggering the bitter taste receptors,a cascade reaction will be triggered to cause corresponding changes in the dampness of the body,and at the same time,it can also affect the conscious activities and synergistically regulate the homeostasis of life.
