摘要
《黄帝内经》是中医学产生的奠基之作,它的产生离不开当时的文化背景和哲学思想.该书不仅包含了丰富的医学知识,还涉及了梦的理论.书中对梦的产生原因进行了较为系统的阐述,认为梦的发生与淫邪入侵、七情影响、脏腑失调、阴阳盛衰、人体状态和治疗不当等有关.此外,书中还从五行、藏象、营卫等多个方面探讨了梦形成的机理,提出了相关的辨证治则.这些理论不仅对中医学的发展起到了重要的推动作用,而且对于现代医学的研究也具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
Huangdi Neijing is the foundation work of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which could not be separated from the cultural background and philosophical thought at that time.The book not only contains a wealth of medical knowledge,but also involves the theory of dreams.In this book,the causes of dreams are systematically expounds.It is believed that the occurrence of dreams is related to the invasion of evil spirits,the influence of seven emotions,the imbalance of viscera,the rise and fall of yin and yang,the state of the human body,and improper treatment,and so on.In addition,the book also probed into the mechanism of dream formation from the five elements,hidden images,Yingwei and other aspects,and put forward relevant dialectical treatment principles.These theories not only played an important role in promoting the development of TCM,but also had certain reference value for the research of modem medicine.
