《黄帝内经》"后曰太冲"内涵探析

摘要
"太冲"一词,在《黄帝内经》中共出现12次,但涵义并不相同,其中作为太冲穴和冲脉的"太冲",内涵已明确,而《素问·阴阳离合论》"前曰广明,后曰太冲"之"太冲",现存"肾脉与冲脉合而盛大""任冲同源异位,腹背阴阳离合""背北为阴"3种主要观点,或存在谬误,不能自洽;或思路正确,未能详解.通过探究字义、文法与医理,文章认为此处"太冲",从部位而言,在后、在下;从性用而言,既能藏蓄能量,又能升腾而济养"广明";而人体物质基础之精、脏腑之肾等,均是"太冲"的具象表达.明晰"后曰太冲"的深层内涵,为临床补精养神、沟通心肾等治疗法则提供重要的理论支持.
Abstract
The term'Taichong'appeared 12 times in Huangdi Neijing,but it has different meanings.'Taichong',which serves as the Taichong acupoint and Chong meridian,possesses the clear connotation.However,in'the front is called Guangming,and the back is called Taichong'from Su Wen·Yinyang Lihe Lun,the implication of Taichong is not explicit.Three main viewpoints exist,including'the kidney meridian and Chong meridian merging and flourishing''Ren meridian and Chong meridian forming a yin-yang relationship in the abdomen and back',and'locating the north and belonging to yin'.But these views were not self-consistent or comprehensive.By exploring the word,context and medical theories,this article holds that this'Taichong'is located in the back and lower part.In terms of its function,Taichong can not only store energy,but also ascend and nourish'Guangming'.The essence of the human body's material foundation and the kidney of the organs in traditional Chinese medicine are both concrete expressions of'Taichong'.Clarifying the connotation of'the back is called Taichong'also provides important theoretical support for clinical treatment principles,such as nourishing the essence to benefit the spirit,and communicating the heart and the kidney.
