Exploration on the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on the concept of pathogenesis conversion
The natural history of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is characterized by simple hepatic steatosis, steatohepatitis, progression of cirrhosis and liver cancer. At present, there is no specific treatment drug for this disease.Early intervention to prevent the progression of the disease is the key to prevention and treatment. This article is based on the theoretical framework of pathogenesis conversion, analyzing the pathogenesis characteristics of NAFLD at different pathological stages, and combining with the modern molecular biology mechanism of this disease to explain and demonstrate the evolution law of this disease pathogenesis, which helps to dynamically grasp the disease process, prevent disease before it occurs, and prevent disease from changing. At the same time, based on the pathogenesis characteristics of different stages, analyze the key points of differentiation and treatment, pay attention to the'hierarchy'of drug action, and hope to provide inspiration for the prevention and treatment, prognosis judgment, accurate medication, and scientific research of this disease.
