Treatment of yang deficiency hypertension by warm yang and dredge meridians method
The basic pathogenesis of yang deficiency hypertension is the weakening of yang qi in the body's internal organs and the loss of meridians.It is an important type of primary hypertension,including yang deficiency and blood stasis,yang deficiency cold condensation,yang deficiency water stagnation,etc.,so it is clinically practical to treat yang deficiency hypertension with the warm yang pulse method.For yang deficiency hypertension,its mechanism of action involves warming yang and invigorating blood,dissipating cold and relieving spasms,and warming water and drinking.Therefore,this paper summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment principles of warm yang and dredge meridians method in the treatment of yang deficiency hypertension,and discusses new syndrome differentiation ideas and treatment methods,which will help to provide a theoretical basis for further improving the clinical efficacy.
