摘要
治血四法即止血、消瘀、宁血、补血,被称作"通治血证"之法.系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是常见的免疫性疾病,其病机与血热、血瘀、血虚等关系密切.笔者从治血四法理论出发,结合SLE的中医病因病机与诸多现代医家SLE诊疗经验,探讨治血四法在SLE诊治中的价值,希冀拓宽SLE的诊治思路,进一步提升其临床疗效.
Abstract
Four methods of treating blood,namely stopping bleeding,resolving blood stasis,nourishing blood and calming blood,are called the'general therapeutic methods for blood disorders'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a common autoimmune disease.According to TCM theory,pathogenic factors such as blood heat,blood stasis and blood deficiency are often observed in SLE patients.Based on the theory of the four methods of treating blood and combined with the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of SLE,as well as the clinical experience of many modern physicians in the treatment of SLE,the author confirmed the value of discussing the four methods of treating blood in the diagnosis and treatment of SLE.The aim is to broaden the thinking on SLE treatment and further improve clinical efficacy.
