In Huangdi Neijing,'Da Luo'is scattered in various chapters,and the later generations often interpreted the term'Da Luo'as'fifteen Luo',and the term'evil guest of Da Luo'as'Miu prick',which is understood as the prick of the opposite Luo point.In this paper,through the comprehensive analysis of the relevant chapters of Huangdi Neijing,to explore the original meaning of the'Da Luo',that the'Da Luo'for the system of blood vein theory under the transfer of qi and blood of the Luo,and the expression of the connection of the'fifteen Luo'is obviously different.The original meaning of'Da Luo'is that'Da Luo'is the channel for transferring qi and blood under the system of blood vessel theory,which is different from the'fifteen Luo'that indicates the connection.It is only when we understand'Da Luo'that we can interpret and utilize the scriptures related to it.
