摘要
文章以肺气虚证为例,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase和Web of Science收录的肺气虚证相关随机对照试验,提取文献涉及病种、证候诊断标准、疗效评价标准、疗效评价指标等并进行统计分析,认为中医临床疗效评价在重视"以病统证"诊疗形式的同时,不可忽视"以证统病"的诊疗形式;既要重视疾病层面的评价,又要关注中医证候的评价,且不能忽视卫生经济学评价;应探索建立符合中医疗效特点的评价标准、评价方法/工具.
Abstract
Taking lung qi deficiency pattern as an example,randomized controlled trial literatures related to lung qi deficiency included in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,VIP database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and Web of Science were searched.Statistical analysis was performed on literatures about lung qi deficiency pattern,involved disease,the diagnosis criteria,efficacy evaluation criteria,and efficacy evaluation indexes.Through analysis,we think that in evaluating the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),while attaching importance to the diagnosis and treatment form of'combining disease with syndrome',we should not ignore the'combining syndrome with disease'.We should not only pay attention to the evaluation of disease,but also pay attention to the evaluation of syndromes,and could not ignore the evaluation of health economics.We should make efforts to explore and establish evaluation standards and evaluation methods/tools that conform to the characteristics of the curative effect of TCM.
