中医药核心指标集研制方法学评价

摘要
目的:评价已发表的中医核心指标集(COS)的研制质量.方法:全面检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase所发表的中医药COS,检索日期自建库截止至2022年4月30日.采用核心指标集研制标准(COS-STAD)对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价.采用Excel软件数据录入进行统计分析.结果:共纳入8篇文献,主要集中在北京、天津、广州3个地区,3篇中医药COS无中医相关指标.3篇(37.5％)文献完整描述COS所涵盖的健康问题;分别有2篇(25.0％)文献考虑到COS涵盖的人群细节和干预细节.分别有1篇(12.5％)和4篇(50.0％)文献完整描述COS研制者应该纳入哪些在研究中将要使用COS的人和提出重要结局指标的医疗卫生专家.分别有1篇(12.5％)、5篇(62.5％)、4篇(50.0％)分别完整描述了COS研制者应提供医务人员和患者观点的初始指标清单、共识评分过程和共识定义、纳入/删除/添加指标的标准.结论:已发表的中医药COS方法学质量参差不齐,需进一步合理利用COS-STAD以提高COS研制的方法学质量.
Abstract
Objective:To assess the methodological quality of core outcome set(COS)for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:The COS for TCM were searched in database of CNKI,Wanfang Data,SinoMed,PubMed and Embase from its inception to 2022 April 30th.The quality of the included studies was assessed in accordance with the COS-STAD recommendations.The data were put into Excel for statistical analysis.Results:A total of eight articles were included.The authors were located in Beijing,Tianjin and Guangzhou.No TCM related outcomes included in three COS for TCM.Three articles(37.5％)completely described the health problems covered by the COS,two articles(25.0％)considered the population details and intervention details covered by the COS.One article(12.5％)and four articles(50.0％)respectively completely described that cos developers should include those healthcare professionals who would be able to suggest important outcomes.One article(12.5％),five articles(62.5％)and four articles(50.0％)respectively completely described the initial outcome list in the views of healthcare professionals and patients in the consensus scoring process,consensus method,consensus definition and criteria for including,dropping,or adding new outcomes.Conclusion:The overall methodological quality of COS for TCM is poor,and the reasonable utilization of the COS-STAD recommendations will improve the methodological quality of COSs in TCM.
