摘要
干燥综合征属中医学"燥痹"等范畴,周学平教授从阴虚瘀热辨治每获良效.该病病机特点是阴津亏虚,燥热内生,络损血瘀,瘀热痹阻;阴津亏虚、脏腑失养是其病理基础;燥热内生、络损血瘀是发病的关键;阴虚络热、瘀热痹阻是疾病进展的重要因素.治以养阴生津、凉血通络为主法,自拟"甘寒润燥方".临证强调审症求机,法随证转,指出甘寒清润、养阴凉血应贯穿治疗的始终.
Abstract
Sjögren's syndrome belongs to the category of'dryness Bi'in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor ZHOU Xueping has obtained good effect from the differentiation and treatment of yin deficiency and heat stasis.The pathogenesis of this disease is characterized by yin Jin deficiency,dry heat endogenous,collaterals damage blood stasis,stasis heat obstruction.The deficiency of yin Jin and dystrophy of clear orifices are the pathological basis.Endogenous drying heat,collateral damage and blood stasis are the key factors of disease occurrence.Yin deficiency and collateralized heat,stasis and heat obstruction are important factors for disease progression.Treatment to nourishing yin and promoting fluid,cooling blood and clearing collaterals as the main method,self-designed'Ganhan Runzao Formula'.Clinical emphasis on examining the symptoms and explore the pathogenesis,treatment varies with symptoms,pointed out that sweet cold and moist,nourishing yin and cool blood should be throughout the treatment.
