国医大师韩明向从"虚-痰-瘀"辨治慢性肺系疾病

摘要
文章以具体病案为导向对国医大师韩明向教授辨治慢性肺系疾病的临床经验进行分析总结.韩教授认为慢性肺系疾病大多是虚实夹杂、本虚标实的证候.其中气阴两虚为疾病的根本原因及始动因素,痰饮内停、瘀血阻络为疾病反复发作的核心和病理因素.并根据疾病特点提出了慢性肺系疾病"虚-痰-瘀"的病机演变规律.韩教授提出临证应以补肺益气、养阴增液治其本,以行气祛痰、活血化瘀治其标,最终达到标本兼顾、扶正祛邪的目的.
Abstract
This paper analyzes and summarizes the clinical experience of professor HAN Mingxiang,a TCM master,in identifying and treating chronic pulmonary diseases using specific cases as an orientation.According to professor HAN,most of the chronic lung diseases are characterized by a mixture of deficiencies and realities.Among them,deficiency of qi and yin is the root cause and initiating factor of the disease,while phlegm-beverage internalization and blood stasis are the core and pathological factors of recurrent disease episodes.According to the characteristics of the disease,the pathogenesis of chronic pulmonary diseases,which is'deficiency-phlegm-stasis',is proposed.Professor HAN suggested that clinical treatment should be based on tonifying the lungs,nourishing the yin and increasing the fluid,moving the qi and expelling the phlegm,activating the blood and removing the blood stasis to treat the symptoms,so as to achieve the goal of combining the symptoms and the essence and supporting the correctness and eliminating the evils.
