摘要
文章总结邹旭教授运用"开五门"法治疗心血管疾病的临证经验.邹教授认为,在心血管疾病的发病过程中,气血津液代谢障碍是其发病的重要因素,而气机升降出入之异常是其根本原因.对此邹教授提出"开五门"的治法,即"开鬼门、开贲门、开幽门、开水门、开魄门",宣上、畅中、渗下,调理三焦气机,使气血津液代谢恢复正常,以达到治疗心血管疾病的目的.文章举验案一则,以供同道探讨.
Abstract
The paper summarizes the clinical experience of professor ZOU Xu in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by'opening five doors'therapy.In the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,the metabolic disorder of qi,blood and body fluid is an important factor,and the root cause is the abnormal movement of qi,including its ascending,descending,exiting and entering.Therefore,professor ZOU proposed the'opening five doors'therapy.Through the method of'diaphoresis,opening the cardia,opening the pylorus,promoting urination and defecation',it promotes the Xuan,Chang and infiltration,regulates the qi movement of Sanjiao,and makes the metabolism of qi,blood and body fluid return to normal,so as to achieve the purpose of treating cardiovascular diseases.The article provides a case study for fellow researchers to discuss.
