摘要
肺火痰实失常可变生多种病邪,改变心宫形质、扰乱心搏,导致阵发性房颤的发生.文章提出"肺火痰实"的致病观点,阐释阵发性房颤的病因病机,重视津液正常代谢在发病过程中的重要地位.将病机归纳为肺火(虚火、实火)致痰湿凝聚;论治时以清肺化痰、宁心安神为基本原则,兼以化痰、逐瘀、清热,疏肝理气、益气养阴,在恢复肺生理功能的同时注重恢复脾胃运化功能,以求津液精微输布与化生正常,以达标本同治之功.
Abstract
Abnormal lung fire and phlegm can produce a variety of pathogens,change the shape and quality of the heart palace,disturb the heart beat,and lead to paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.This paper puts forward the pathogenic view of'lung fire and phlegm excess',explains the etiology and pathogenesis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and attaches importance to the important role of normal metabolism of body fluid in the pathogenesis.The pathogenesis is summarized as follows:lung fire(deficiency fire,excess fire)causes phlegm and dampness condensation;In the treatment,the basic principle is to clear the lung and phlegm,calm the heart for tranquilization,and to dissipate phlegm,expel blood stasis,clear heat,disperse the liver and regulate qi,replenish qi and nourish yin.While restoring the physiological function of the lung,we should also pay attention to restoring the function of the spleen and stomach transportation,in order to ensure the fine distribution of body fluid and normal metaplasia,so as to achieve the goal of the same treatment.
