基于血水同病理论论治白癜风

摘要
白癜风为易诊难治性皮肤疾病,病因繁杂,病机虚实夹杂.刘红霞教授对于白癜风的临床诊治经验丰富.其基于中医经典理论及四十余年临证经验,认为白癜风患者以水饮、血虚、血瘀者为多,其病机多为"血水同病",以"血水同治"为治则,临证时灵活运用逍遥散、参苓白术散、当归芍药散加减,以养血活血调血,疏肝健脾利水.由于白癜风具有久病必虚、病久多瘀的特点,联合运用火针等中医外治法辅助治疗,效如桴鼓.并附验案一则,以期为中医同道诊治本病拓宽思路.
Abstract
Vitiligo is an easily diagnosed and refractory skin disease with complex etiologies and mixed pathogenesis.Professor LIU Hongxia,has rich experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo.Based on the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and more than 40 years of clinical experience,professor LIU believes that vitiligo patients are mostly water drinking,blood deficiency,and blood stasis,and their pathogenesis is mostly'blood and water are the same disease',the general treatment principle'blood and water are the same treatment'is appropriate,and the clinical application of Xiaoyao Powder,Shenling Baizhu Powder and Danggui Shaoyao Powder are flexible,in order to nourish blood,activate blood,regulate blood,soothe the liver,strengthen the spleen,and diuresis.Due to the characteristics of vitiligo,such as deficiency due to long-term illness,and blood stasis due to long-term illness,the combined use of fire needle and other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine as an adjunctive treatment is as effective as drum.And a case is attached,in order to broaden the thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the same way of traditional Chinese medicine.
