摘要
郑玉玲教授认为肺癌的直接病位在肺,间接病位随病程发展及患者体质不同涉及脾、肝、肾、心等,其发病基于正气不足,痰、瘀、毒胶结,使人体阴阳失衡,正气虚衰,癌瘤结聚,核心病机为正气不足,痰毒内结.清肺排毒汤具有宣肺止咳、益气健脾、祛湿排毒之功.郑玉玲教授基于"异病同治"理论,临床应用清肺排毒汤治疗肺癌,收效良好.
Abstract
Professor ZHENG Yuling believes that the direct location of lung cancer is in the lung,and the indirect location involves the spleen,liver,kidney and heart with the development of the course of the disease and the different physique of the patient.Its pathogenesis is based on the deficiency of positive qi,phlegm,blood stasis and toxic cementification,which causes the imbalance of yin and yang in the human body,the deficiency of positive qi and the decay of positive qi,and the aggregation of cancer tumors.The core pathogenesis is the deficiency of positive qi and the internal junction of phlegm poison.Qingfei Paidu Decoction has the function of promoting lung and relieving cough,invigorating qi and spleen,dispelling dampness and detoxification.Based on the theory of'treating different diseases with the same treatment',professor ZHENG Yuling clinically applied Qingfei Paidu Decoction to treat lung cancer and achieved good results.
