中文摘要：非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)是常见的危害中老年人视功能的急性视神经疾病,目前缺乏公认的有效治疗方案.中医药在本病的治疗方面有独特优势.亢泽峰教授在继承和发扬络病学说基础上,结合自身临床经验创新性地提出了"瞳神络病"证治体系,在指导曈神疾病辨证治疗过程中收到了良好疗效.文章主要探讨NAION在"瞳神络病"理论指导下的中医辨证论治,提出络虚不荣、络阻失养为该病的核心病机,治疗总以"通、补"立法,重视分期论治.

外文摘要：Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION)is a common acute optic neuropathy that harms the visual function in middle-aged and elderly people.There are currently no recognized effective treatment options.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease has unique advantage.On the basis of inheriting and developing the theory of collateral disease,professor KANG Zefeng put forward the syndrome and treatment system of'pupil-nerve collateral disease'combining with his own clinical experience,which has received good curative effect in guiding the treatment of fundus diseases based on syndrome differentiation.This paper mainly discusses the treatment of NAION based on syndrome differentiation under the guidance of the theory of'pupil-nerve collateral disease',and points out that the core pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of collaterals and the obstruction of collaterals,the formulation of treatment methods is generally based on'dredging collaterals'and'tonifying and replenishing',pay attention to treatment by stages.
